The screen set offers an impressive display which Samsung says could significantly improve cinema experience

It was designed to replace traditional cinema projectors with peak brightness of almost 10 times the level currently available with standard cinema projectors.

Through sharper and realistic colours, complementary audio and elevated presentation, our cinema screen makes viewers feel as if they are part of the picture.

– HS Kim, President of Visual Display Business at Samsung Electronics.

The new screen set is currently installed in Lotte Cinema World Tower in South Korea and to complement the stunning image quality, Samsung partnered with ‘JBL by Harman’ audio technology  division. The complete audio visual package thus includes powerful speakers round the screen , proprietary sound processing technology  and “JBL’s Sculpted Surround System”.

He stated further that Samsung Electronics look forward to continuing to serve as “total solution provider” for the theatre industry and finding new ways to improve the customer experience.

Just imagine watching a 3D movie on this display set! Price? Don’t even ask unless you have a private jet kept in hangar somewhere.
